When will you ship my order?

Generally speaking, it will take only 48 business hours to arrange the shipment and 2-10 business days delivery time for US and EU customers. For international customers or those products without inventory, it may take at least 10 business days.

Can i return the item if i don't like it?

Yes, you can return and get refund anytime or any reason. The difference lays in the refund amount. If it's caused by quality issue, you can get full refund. Or you may need to pay for the return shipping fee and 10% repackaging fee.

Can i get warranty for refurnished items?

We provide warranty for all products including refurnished itemas because of quality issue. For any other issues, we can only provide paid service like repairing, replacement and more.
