Return Policy

Products that are received by WEMAX in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

1. Any product not purchased from WEMAX
2. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return
3. Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
5. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
6. Any product that exhibits physical damage
7. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
8. Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way
9. Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box

Return policy for refurbished products update:

We will provide shipping label for you to return within 30 days for any reason, for quality issue, you can get full refund or free replacement. For other reasons like no longer need or order by mistake, you may need to pay $30 return shipping fee for Nova, $20 return shipping for Dice, which will be deduced from the refund.
